RETURN POLICY

Although we are optimistic that you will adore the item you carefully selected and ordered for yourself or that special someone, if you change your mind or it wasn’t everything you hoped for, we understand. Our process is very simple – just send the return within 30 days, and upon inspection and approval of the returned item, we will refund your original purchase price.Please note the following regarding returns:

•Due to customs and international taxes, we only ship within the United States.
•Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, item is non-refundable. Only custom orders outside of size and metal color changes are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All other listed items do not have a restocking fee.
•Returned item will be inspected. If item is altered in any way from the original purchase (including re-sizing not by La4ve) or item is damaged from customer wear, we cannot accept the return. Sorry!
•Refund will be in accordance with the original payment method from your purchase.
•Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks for full processing of refund payment for inspection and accounting procedures.
•Return delivery options are at the sender’s discretion and cost of return delivery will not be refunded. However, we suggest sending as safely as possible, using certified mail with adult signature confirmation and insurance to assure your item is appropriately received.
•Replacements and exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
